As a therapist of 17 years I try to get massage and bodywork when I travel. Some experiences I learn what not-to-do and what I don't like, other experiences are amazing and inspire me in my own business. My experience at LOZ Healing Arts Center was amazing and inspiring. My services I enjoyed were a 60 minute massage with Laurie and a 30 minute stretch session with their stretch therapist. Both were great! I do similar work in my own treatment studio and getting to experience it as a client was so worth it! Having the soft tissue worked out during the massage was wonderful. She found my tension areas and really gave my body the space and time to unwind. Then I had a stretching session and was truly amazed at how wonderful that felt. We, as a society, need more stretching... everyday!! And if I could get a stretching treatment everyday, I would. The benefits are HUGE! Within a few visits she had my shoulder good enough that I could get my arm behind my head again when lying down!
