Nice park. Plenty of shelters for gatherings with BBQ grills, picnic tables also with grills, skate area with ramps and platform. Basketball courts, water park and playgrounds for the tykes. Walking and running lanes clearly marked.
Public restrooms - can't comment on those, because I did not have occasion to use them, but will update if I do. Connected to Ballpark Complex via blacktop road.
I think there MAY be walking trails as well, but don't know for sure. Parking COULD be an issue for a large shelter gathering...as I couldn't tell if parallel parking was allowed.
Also, I would check with City about permits or reservations for the shelters before planning an event.

The kids and grandparents were heading to the playground, the sister in laws and I went to the hiking trails, and our husbands went disc golfing. The playground was fine, seemed clean, and kept up. The walking and hiking trails were not maintained at all though. In a few places, the trail is completely lost due to fallen trees (which had obviously been there awhile), and there needs to be more signage as well. If you want to hike or walk, I would suggest Ha Ha Tonka. The disc golf course is not for the amateur, or out of shape. It's challenging for sure.
