Warning, this will be a long one, and I’m sorry. I have been coming here with my family sense I was a kid, now I take my children. Never again. I let my oldest daughter go down the slide, she got stuck in the current, my husband had to push the lifeguard out of the way at the top of the slide so he could get to our daughter, because the lifeguard at the bottom was just watching her struggle. I made her wait until she was a little bit of a better swimmer before I let her go down again. We took her there for her birthday, and she went down the slide like three or four times. She was doing great! Then a lifeguard told her she was just a little too short to be going down. They NEVER said that before? The teenage lifeguards are always more worried about each other, and the conversations they’re having over the kids they’re supposed to be looking out for. The concession stand employees don’t talk to you hardly at all, they just throw your stuff at you, and act like you’re interrupting THEIR day. The only adult there is the manager that is more concerned with being the “cool” boss, than making sure he’s training his staff that are literally there to make sure everyone is safe. The woman’s restroom doesn’t actually have somewhere to change. The floor is always COVERED in water, and is absolutely disgusting. No where to put your dry clothes to change, unless you stand in the middle of the room in front of god and everyone. Sorry, I’m not going to have my kids change in front of a bunch of random people. Woman can be creeps/predators too. I never make reviews but this needs to be addressed before an accident happens. I will NEVER come here again. Tried out the eldon pool, surprisingly waaaaaay better staff, cleaner, better concessions, has more stuff the kids can interact with, and the prices are way more friendly on the wallet. Which was surprising because they have way more stuff than this pool. And the floors weren’t completely covered in water. So we were able to change in the bathroom without getting our clothes wet. Maybe the managers should go there and learn a thing or two. Also the teenage lifeguards weren’t messing around unless they were very obviously on their lunch. Then when they were done, it was right back to business, full focus on the public, and keeping them safe. This will be the place we will spend our money from now on. Definitely...

We have loved going to this pool for years, But this is the first year we have seen inappropriate behavior from others. No one working there seemed to care, "even when complaints made". The pool manager was even an adult and said he asked them for distance between the two teen's. Then he told me his assistant manager told them they need distance between them, this only lasted a few seconds and they started back up. Some of the things the boy and girl was doing, laying on top of each other on the lounge chair, laying head to feet kissing, licking, sucking on each other, and laying we the head face down in crouch. Pool Great but customer service very poor. Concession prices reasonable but not worth the weight as assistant manager was walking around doing nothing while young boy had to handle line of maybe 10 people taking orders, preparing food and checking them out. Most upsetting was we Decided to purchase family pass after being there maybe 1hour and experiencing a rain delay and asked if they would apply our $18 entry fee towards the $185 family pass and the manager refused.
