Be careful, I don’t know where they find their employees but they’re heavy on making sure you bring all of your information and your first born child or you won’t get what you need done, but they will definitely FORGET to keep your important documentation that is needed to get a title. And then won’t say anything about it for days!🤪
Came in on June 26th after driving 14 hours to get our truck titled, went back to NM where we were for work and the next day got a call from your office asking us to come back in because YOUR employee didn’t keep a REQUIRED piece of the paper work you guys need for the title, explained we work on the road and have no way to come back to give your employee something they should be trained to keep since it’s required for me to pay to get done in order to get a title, she said to email it over, they still didn’t get it (we found this out 4 days after the last call due to them finally reaching out again to let us know they still haven’t gotten it, it’s July 6th at this point) anyways she gave me a number to send it to- we sent it and she verified she got it. It’s almost the end of July now, I still have no title, and I just called them to see what’s going on. Apparently my title app has been rejected due to no inspection or IDOD (literally the information they neglected to keep, the same documentation I sent 3 TIMES.) according to the dmv person. But don’t worry guys, instead of apologizing and helping me figure this issue out that I wouldn’t have had without the incompetence of their employees im spending the next two hours on hold with the JCDMV they gave me the number to, to get the answers to an issue I wouldn’t have had if your employees knew how to do...
Read moreFrankly if there was an option for 0 stars That is what this place deserves. I went to get my car registered this morning saw the line that extended the entire length of the building. No biggie. I got in line at 8:55. At 11 AM the line had moved fairly decently. (Maybe had 10 people in front of me?) However when the 9 am appointments that people missed starting showing up at 11 am they took precedence over the people that had been standing in line at that point for 2 hours. Then the staff member who was calling people in spoke to the Camden county residents in a condescending tone “you better get your masks on you’re not coming in” yelled at a lady for trying to ask a question (throws her hand up in women’s face “IM TALKING YOU NEED TO QUIT TALKING”) the worker proceeds to turn around shut the license office door and LOCKS everyone out. Read moreI think this place overcharges on "fees" that are higher than the titling fee. I've had a notice of getting my title for a trailer. On the card it says a certain price for the amount of days it is late but when I got up there it was double that amount. I asked about it because all I had was the amount from what the card said and however much it was going to cost for the tags. She said well you're super late on this but when I corrected her, she changed the date that SHE put in and said oh yea there it is, now you owe this. Which was the amount I brought. Watch out for those fees. Also, apparently you can't have your spouse (who is also on the title) get your tags or get the title for a gift THEY BOUGHT YOU. So now I have to take off work just to get stuff done that my spouse could have gotten done very easily while he was there. Now we will see what the fee they will try to throw at me when I go. Just a waste of our time when we do not...
