Honestly this place is a joke. They are disrespectful. My mother has been going through this company for years and always on time for payments and they are accusing her of not paying when she has receipt and proof that she did make her payment. And when she tries telling them that they decided to get hateful and disrespectful to her. If you can't be professional then don't be in the business. Not to mention charging her way more then she was supposed to pay for everything adding 400 extra dollars on when she only had about 40 left in her stuff. You should be ashamed...

This place and it's employees are a joke...I bought a refrigerator from them...the last 6 months I was paying on it...the freezer part started making a horrible noise...called them up...they took it for two months...said they couldn't recreate the problem and gave it back...when the guy brought it back to my house...he put several deep dents and scratches in the door and it was full of roaches...I will never get another thing from this place and continue to talk people out of...

These guys are great! Randy, Richard and Coedy always make sure we are well taken care of. They go above and beyond to help out the customer. When I couldn't drive they helped me our by coming and picking up the payment so I wouldn't have late fees or anything and they did it more than once 😄 they take great care of their customers and always are super nice! They are beyond wonderful and you couldn't ask for better service or a better rent to own company! Let them take...
