Their automated systems sucks I get a ding on my text and tells me my prescription will be ready the next day when I get there there not ready!!! I feel that when I come and there automated machine made a mistake they should honor it... I raised my children in Camp Verde I have been going to CVS since they opened and for the first time I'm thinking of going somewhere else... I'm not overreacting this has happened to me several...

CVS is the best hometown pharmacy there is! I've been shopping and using the CVS pharmacy for about 20 years and have never had better service and selection. All employees have always been pleasant and helpful - there are many employees that have been with CVS for years and it's like seeing old friends when shopping there - very warm and comforting. You can no longer call and talk to a person at cvs you have to leave a voice mail .when asked why we were told it was a corporate thing.when asked for a phone number for corporate they gave the general number for cvs orders complete lack of customer service and getting worse .I spend several thousand in prescriptions per month I will spend...
