As always, the regular service was done well and faster than ever before, that I can remember. I am always pleased with the service and how I am treated. I just have one question. I bought tires for the Traverse in 2018, 2 in July and 2 in December. They have a 60,000 mile warranty on them which I am not close to meeting yet. All four have had their regular rotation in line with the regular service, except for my last service last April. My question is I have been informed they cannot rotate the tires any longer because the first two have too much wear. Why do they already need replacing when all they’ve had is normal wear? I’m not complaining. I’m just curious. Thank you. Nick
12/10/2021 For the first time, I had to have our Traverse towed in, which was not a problem. It would not start. You received it well but could not service it until the next day due to being too busy. That was not an issue. Turned out that it needed a battery. Don called me and explained what would be involved and the cost. But two gentlemen by the name of David & Don truly went above & beyond their call of duty to make sure that I was ok, these two men looked out for me in ways that no other repair shop has ever in my 66 years of life they truly in my opinion are very valuable assets to Tire Pro Automotive, I was on the road hauling a trailer making a delivery to Utah & ran into very bad luck that lead to me having to have both my truck & trailer towed off of Highway, in a very stressful point of my life they looked out for me & took very good care of me & made me feel not like a customer but like family, I would “ HONESTLY “ recommend Tire Pro Automotive to anyone & everyone & I want to from the bottom of my hart thank David & Don for making sure I was ok, God Bless the both of you, Your generosity Respectful demeanor & professionalism will never be forgotten, people such as yourselves are very hard to find & once again thank you so so very much & God Bless...
   Read moreOn my way from Flagstaff to Phoenix on I-17 my trailer blew a tire. I didn't have a spare, was 15 miles out of Camp Verde and businesses were due to close soon. I thought I would be getting a hotel room for sure. Enter Don Hanks, owner of Tire Pro, who took the time to appreciate my situation and prioritize my one little trailer tire so I could get back to my unsecured load quickly. Since I didn't have the original wheel on hand (lacking the proper jack, had to buy one of those too), Don helped me figure out which of so many lug pattern and tire size combinations I needed to obtain. It was important we get it right the first time because I wouldn't know I'd gotten the wrong wheel/tire until after Tire Pro had closed. But Don also wrote his cell phone number on the back of a business card and offered to come back to the shop to get me the correct size. As it turned out we got it right the first time and I never had to bother Don that evening. But if I'm ever in the Camp Verde area again in need of wheel or tire services, you can sure bet I'll go see those guys...
