Walgreens — Local services in Camp Verde

Back to one star. They only manage the weeds if someone complains. They are a lousy neighbor and don't care about our town. If they closed tomorrow you wouldn't notice because the parking lot would be overgrown as usual. I'm posting additional recent pictures. There is no excuse for this. If they don't want to maintain the landscaping then pave the whole thing.

I am revising the review I posted below and changing my rating from one to five stars. Two days after that review the weeds were all cleaned up and I feel that there should be some positive response to that. As a resident of Camp Verde, I am very eager to see businesses that are willing to invest in our town. I hope that Walgreen's continues to make a positive contribution to the beauty of this great place.

Yeah okay I did have it bad review on here about Walgreens but this past week change my mind my husband whose health is deteriorating needed medication he is on short term disability and his company did not inform him that his insurance company had changed that they were using so we were in a panic trying to get his medication and new information to the Walgreens pharmacist I was getting absolutely nowhere with the new insurance company so I called Walgreens and was speaking with Lisa in the pharmacy she is the one who took control and got everything cleared up and was able to get my husband his medication when he needed it she was an angel that day sent from God if it wasn't for her my husband would probably be in the hospital Thank you Lisa so so much for taking the time dealing with insurance and...

Seems they are under staffed or possibly have the wrong staff to mulittask. I've found myself on many visits trying to be patient, unfortunately each visit keeps getting worse. I have personally visited store and pharmacy, both have issues. Store employees don't know where items are or if they have in stock, they give you a isle and say check. Pharmacy is a clear disfunction in itself, If they trained employees to communicate it wouldn't be so bad. Time to get rx is unacceptable. Hopefully walgreens reads this so they can make...
