June is incredibly rude.
A young female customer walked in and, without saying anything, waited for June to complete whatever task she was completing at the desk. June barked that she'll have to wait, which the young lady was clearly doing. June then rudely and belittlingly educated the young lady on how a box should have been taped. The entire experience was uncomfortable.
Moments later, I went back inside the store to get June's name for this post. No one was at the desk. There was no bell, so I coughed to get someone's attention. Nothing. I maneuvered to see that there was a gentleman in the back, so I called out, "Hello!" June appeared near the man and shouted that I would have to wait. I watched as she stood there for a moment, possibly to compose herself, before walking forward. Perhaps her poor attitude reflected that it was close to closing time (6:15), but her short, "What do you need?" comment was not appropriate for a customer-facing position. I asked for her name, which she promptly provided. I thanked her and walked out to write this post.
Updated to include reply to owner/June, which she has since deleted: Indeed, I was not in the store when the transaction between you and the young lady occurred. She was so shaken by your poor attitude that I asked what had happened. Her account is supported by my first-hand interaction with June. In fact, June did ask me, "What do you need?"
June's tone in person, her reply to my original review, as well as the other detailed one-star reviews on this forum, reflect her character.
It seems to me that June has two options after reading this, and other, poor reviews. She can either accept the words of the customers/community, recognize her shortcomings, and strive to provide a better customer service experience, or she can ignore the critiques and continue providing below...

She made us (the customer) wait for around 10-12 mins while she finished taping and labeling boxes. I donāt know what type of business this is that you make your customers wait around while you do work that can be done when no customers are around. And then, I had a label from a store but she said that it was a label that needed to be printed out (very rudely and matter of fact, like I was some sort of idiot). The website I got it from said that all I had to do was show the label at UPS store and they would handle the rest. She didnāt want to hear what I had to say. I asked her if she could print it for me, and again, very rudely, she said yup, you can email it to this address and I charge $5.50 to do it. WHAT!?!?! $5.50 for an email and to print a label. Thatās insanity and UPS should be ashamed of that. Again the woman dismissed me as if I were bothering her. Good customer service would have offered to do it for their customer and explain kindly the process that should be taken in the future, but this woman was nasty, obviously didnāt want to be there and lost a customer. I will be telling all those that I know of her antics and advise them to avoid that store at all Costs. Iād rather go to cottonwood and spend the extra 15 mins than go to a store with such rude and nasty people working there. Convenience isnāt worth rude and nasty customer service. Never again will I go there....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had the worst experience with the owner (June) and I see several others with the same experience! No matter how nice I was (I even asked her to relax and stop yelling at me!) I nicely said, either take my business or not but you must stop with your condescending nasty attitude! I carried her horrible vibes with me for hours! Yuck š She's obviously a very unhappy angry person ... which I actually felt sorry for her but why should have to put up with it? I even told her I have cancer and didn't feel well but she was on her highhorse ego driven rage mode! In the future, I'll pay twice as much to take my bigger packages to USPS and have professional nice people take my business. June, life is too short and precious to carry so much anger and rage! But I refused to make you money while having to feel and deal with your issues. Get a counselor and meditate as I do pray and feel sorry for you! (I only had to deal with you for a few moments and my real sorrow is for your employees and family and people that have to be around you all the time! You have to be around...
