Worst Experience Ever - Terrible Front Desk Staff, No Patient Care
I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the cat hospital, and I must say that it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The front desk staff's behavior was beyond terrible and their lack of professionalism was shocking.
Firstly, the staff at the front desk were condescending and showed absolutely no concern for the well-being of the patients. It was evident that they were more interested in exerting their authority and making people feel inferior rather than providing proper care.
During my visit, I was made to wait through the entire appointment, only to be told later that I couldn't be seen. This level of disregard for patients' time and well-being is simply unacceptable. What's worse is that the staff purposefully raised their voices, ensuring that everyone in the lobby could hear the conversation. It was a clear attempt to pressure me into compromising, which only added insult to injury.
Furthermore, when I politely asked to reschedule, I was met with accusations of being unreasonable. The staff whined impatiently and displayed a complete lack of empathy or understanding. It seemed as though they were more interested in exerting their power rather than providing a basic level of customer service.
What shocked me the most was the apparent apathy towards the hospital itself. The front desk staff made it abundantly clear that they did not care about the hospital or its reputation. Instead, they dismissed my concerns and simply suggested that I go somewhere else. Such a dismissive attitude towards a patient's legitimate concerns is completely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect.
In conclusion, my experience at the cat hospital was a complete disaster. The front desk staff's behavior was disgraceful, and their lack of care for the patients was evident throughout my visit. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hospital to look elsewhere for proper care and professionalism. This is definitely a place to avoid...

I came in to dropped off my cat for spay. I wrote my name down on the check in sheet and waited for the front desk staff to call me. I sat there The old lady works in front desk finally called me. She asked “Amber?”I answered “yes!” and stood up. I was not sure if she hear me or not but I was pretty sure she saw me standing up already. She ignored me and turn her face away to ask another lady “Are you Amber?” I was wondering if she was just double checking. Then I walked toward the front desk to let her know I am here. she looked at me and called me “Lin”
Then she asked me to show her Covid vaccination card. I was in a hurry to catch the appointment in the morning so I totally forgot to bring it. I understand they are cautious about it and have mentioned it over the phone. I told her that I forgot and I did not say anything else. But the lady goes “it’s not my fault I asked it before” She did not have to be this rude.
Everything that just happened made me feel extremely uncomfortable. This is the first time I have experienced this kind of situation. I was not sure if she was just rude or racist or both. I post my experience on social media right after I walked out the door. Thousands of people have viewed my post. Some of the comments I received were saying she was definitely racist. And the rest comments were just complaining how awful their customer service has always been and they also had unpleasant experiences with the front desk staff.
I feel so sad that the hospital has good ratings for reasonable price but they have toxic people...
Read moreWe dropped in during the Codid-19 Pandemic when we couldnt make an appointment to see our usual vet. We were very nervous because our cat can be very fiesty and sometimes very reactive to being handled. This is why we typically go somewhere we are allowed to handle her with the vet to avoid any issues. Things are different right now so we get it. Over the phone, when making the appointment, the person in the line was direct and to the point, some could have taken it as cold and disinterested. But working with animals and their owners, myself, i understand sometimes, less is more. So in the end i appreciated it. When we areived to drop off their protocol during the Pandemic was very thurough and precise. Well calcualted to keep distanced but ultimately didn't feel unfriendly. We were kept up to date via the phone during most of the process almost too regularly but for someone like my wife, it was extremely appreciated. I lover her to death but she is the kind of person that even has webcams on her parakeets that she can see them AND SING to them at any given moment no matter where she is in the world, which is really all i have to say about that. If these folks can make my wife feel comfortable leaving HER cat that can be difficult at times, and our cat comfortable and happy to be there, then there is no reason ANYONE should ever possibly have a bad experience here.
We will definitely be back with Fatty Boom Catty, AKA...
