I brought in my Acer laptop due to an extremely gnarly and hard to debug issue where it would randomly reboot. My technician Jesse over at The Cheap Squad spent many hours across 4 sessions to get it fixed. During this entire time, he was extremely communicative and helpful, letting me know all the things he was trying alongside the status of the machine. He also gave me a lot of excellent tips on how to take better care of my computer. On top of all that, he even mentioned that if he wasn't able to get it fixed, they would refund me out of good faith.

I first used their service last year when I had an issue with my fan. Yes they were able to fix it within 2 days. The second time was last week after I accidentally dropped my laptop from my lap. Cracked screen, malfunctioned software and I couldn't even shut it down. They are so professional because they were able to find the problems so fast and I got my laptop over the weekend. I did not hire them so probably shouldn't be leaving a review at all. Blame this on Google. I called needing immediate hardrive replacement and was told I couldn't drop it off until the next day (it was 1.30pm midweek). I was told it would take 24hrs for diagnoses and then an additional day or two for repair. This is with the $45 rush fee. I needed it done in an actual rush and had the replacement hardware on hand so had a customer do it for me - took him about an hour. Guy on the phone was very friendly and professional.
