One of the things that makes Canby so “liveable” is our closeness to the farms that produce wonderful local goods. I love that every Saturday during summer we have a great market to walk. We have made it our family tradition to get coffee/drinks and walk the market. From local honey, berries, veggies, fresh baked goods, to grass fed beef, fresh flowers, plants for your garden, and handmade items, we always find something to bring home and enjoy. It’s an easy way to support our local economy by spending a few dollars once a week, and we’re glad to do it! I visited for first time this past Saturday, and found that a dozen or so people were not wearing mask; so, one couple were standing over a food cart, and I was going to buy food and decided not to. I believe that whoever is running the Market should instruct people to wear masks and there should be signage out to that effect. I didn't buy food and I the Market right away. Too bad, but I need to be careful. Vendors should be instructed to alert people to the need to wear masks.
