I do not ever write reviews but i felt very strongly in writing this one. My family and I have eaten here once before and had a horrible experience but we thought we would try it again. Upon arriving, it was clear that the place was very busy and likely short staffed. We asked for a table and was told it would be about 10-20 minutes. After about 10 minutes, we were seated and that was the extent of the decent service. 30 minutes and two people within my party searching for help, we were finally brought water, although not enough cups for those sitting at the table. We gave that server our order even though it was obvious that our table was outside of his normal zone. 40 minutes later, our food came. We then had to wait another 10 minutes for silverware, despite asking two of the employees to bring us some. When the food did come out, it was clear that the kid's macaroni and cheese had been heated in the microwave as it was burned and almost entirely inedible (see photo). The rest of our table's food was mediocre at best. As I mentioned, I recognize that the place was busy and likely understaffed. The service we did receive, plus the overall poor quality of food, was the nail in the coffin for us. We will not be returning, ever, and I encourage anyone who reads this to find somewhere else to spend their money. It...

Almost everything about this experience was BAD. It was the worst service we have ever received at any restaurant. The only good part of this was the decor. This was our first and only time trying this restaurant. Immediately upon walking in, we stood in the entry way while three staff members conversed for about two minutes with each other.

Once we were seated (in the bar, which was very well decorated), we thought, okay, this looks like a cool place. Salsa and chips were great too. Then it quickly took a nose dive.

We ordered two waters and two alcoholic beverages. Both of our drinks were made incorrectly. One was so bad, that it had to be sent back and remade. It was prepared wrong, and then tasted watered down.

The food had an odd flavor to the sauce. She ordered an enchilada and I had steak fajitas. The fajitas had a sauce on them (which I hadn't seen before), and the sauce tasted like a shrimp flavor to it.

My water never got refilled, our salsa never got refilled. Every time we needed something, we noticed that the bartender was chatting with other staff members. There was also a table in the bar that 4 to 5 employees gathered and had a potluck style dinner.

We had to get up and walk into the restaurant to flag someone down to get more salsa, and then again to get our bill. The staff was completely...

This food is good AF! We went on a recommendation from my mom who saw videos on FB and said she wished she could go. Figured why not try it on a laid back date night…best choice ever. Husband and I have gone back multiple times, order delivery, and take family and friends (except poor mom, she still hasn’t made it there 🤣).

It’s pretty legit for Mexican food but still approachable for all.

#1 Recommendation - queso dip. Trust me on this. It’s so creamy, comes with a smoked poblano pepper, garnished with saucy beef crumbles. The hard part is still having room for dinner after devouring this. But worth the risk and great to take home as leftovers.

#2 Recommendation - Chicken Mole - layers on layers of flavor with the Mole. Sweet but with a little heat. Delicious!

#3 Recommendation- in a 3-way tie is fajitas, birria tacos, and pollo al a crema. All amazing dishes. No notes, just solid delicious dishes.

My husband also loves the tacos. We’re working on getting through the menu but so far have not had a bad meal.

Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Atmosphere is what you’d expect from a Mexican restaurant but a little more fun and cool.

Seating is chubby wubby girl friendly, and we haven’t noticed any bad vibes from being a mixed race customer. Safe space for a great...

I went at 4 PM Finally was hungry. Had heard that this was a pretty decent restaurant from Facebook groups. Honestly I am not a big fan of Mexican food but had a craving so In I went. The restaurant was empty except for the staff and what was apparently a couple of the children of the staff. I was promptly seated and I explained to the waiter my unfamiliarity with the menu and my desires. He did make a few suggestions. There was a large menu selection but I played it safe and chose the Fajita plate because I knew I couldn’t eat it all and it would reheat pretty well. The waiter struck me as polite and prompt and attentive to my needs but frankly seemed bored and was not very friendly. The staff seemed more interested in interacting with each other than attempting to building rapport with a potential new repeat customer. The plate of course came out sizzling hot and looked delicious. It was very good. I ordered the flower tortillas. I think the only thing I would like to have seen in the mix would have been sliced mushrooms. And some shredded cheese to put on top. There was a huge serving of food which will last me another 2 meals. The food was good but don’t know if it stands out from other Mexican restaurants in the area. I’d probably go back to try other foods as well. The Seafood menu looks interesting.
