360fixx — Local services in Candler-McAfee

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a Google + account for the sole purpose of writing this review to warn others to NEVER go to 360Fixx. I brought my iPhone 5s in to get the screen replaced, and not only did it take the guys at 360Fixx over THREE HOURS to replace my screen, but they also returned the phone in worse condition, with the headphone jack BROKEN.

The guys at 360Fixx first replaced my cracked screen with another screen that was also cracked. WTF I am not paying $100 for you to put a cracked screen on on my phone?!

The guys agreed to put a non-cracked screen in, but after doing this, the "Home" button would no longer recognize my fingerprint, and the colors on my phone screen were completely abnormal. The 360Fixx guys claimed that the phone looked fine and that it was impossible to replace the screen and still keep the finger-print recognition. This is complete BS--I took the phone to another repair place AND the Apple store for a second & third opinion, and was told that the finger recognition should still work, and that the colors on my phone were indeed completely off.

Brought my phone in to 360Fixx a second time to either get my $100 back or get my phone fixed once and for all. The guys at 360Fixx replaced my screen, but returned the phone to me with a BROKEN head phone jack so that I could not listen to music. I brought this to their attention, and the guys accused me of lying and said the headphone jack wasn't working when I brought the phone in. This was completely false.

PLEASE do not bring your business to 360Fixx. The guys that work there are disrespectful liars, and this place should be put out of business. If you need to get your phone fixed go...

There is a big bald Kermit The Frog looking man who works here and he is not to be trusted. I brought my phone to his shop so that he would fix it and when he gave it back to me he was scratching his head saying here you go and this man gave me a different phone and didnt even have the back to my old one. He told me I could bring another phone in and I did. He broke this one up far more than it was when I brought it to him. He handed it to me with the screen OPEN and hella PARTS MISSING scratching his head saying he didnt know what was wrong and I just said, "ok, well then can I get a refund" because he did not fix my phone, this obviously wuld have resolved all issue on his part, but instead of doing good business and giving the refund for the sub-par work, he argued with me until I finally left his business very unsatisfied. This man is a thief and a charlatan. DO NOT waste your hard earned money at this disgraceful establishment....

the charging port on my phone was failing, so i found this shop near to home... the price was good, the reviews were good & he had the part in stock.

what happened next is where he excelled.

the part was bad... he ordered in a replacement & it was defective.

the 3rd time was a charm... not just because my phone works, but because he did everything possible to put my interests ahead of his...

even to the point he was discounting his price - an offer i refused to accept.
