Long post...so my daughter started complaining of stomach pains at 4 yrs old. It was so hard watching her scream at night and cry for hours. We went to several doctors and had sooo many test ran yet they had no idea what was causing the pain. They finally diagnosed her with what they called abdominal migraines. First of all WHAT! ( No cure) She was on all kind of meds that were for mental type issues but because they gave it to her in smaller doses they claimed it would help her. She would go a few days without pain but for the most part is really wasn't working. I was buying over the counter meds for gas and it was helping but after a while of taking these drugs every single day they stopped working. One night we were in the emergency room and they mixed some meds to try and relieve the pain and help her relax and she started to hallucinating. I was so scared and that day I said NEVER again. I was talking to a friend about the holistic route and she told me to reach out to Betsy. I had a phone consultation and immediately she had us come in a few days after. The first day she examined my daughter and told me exactly what was going on with her. We spent about 2 hours with her and we had a plan of treatment 2 days later. She also gave us some tea to start until her supplements started. When I say 3 days had gone by and no pain...then a week... then 2 weeks and then a month! I'm like wait a minute HOW! (She is usually up all night exhausted from crying and hurting) Betsy saved our lives. My baby pain instantly stopped. She calls and text to check on her and Im still amazed at how well she is doing but still confused on why the doctors couldn't and didn't figure out what was really wrong. She gave us a 3 month treatment plan in 2 phases we are just beginning the 2nd phase and it's only been 3 months. We know what the issue is now and how to heal her. In a few days we got results that we couldn't get for 3 yrs. She is 7 now and doing so much better. Best explained everything to us and it made so much sense because my daughter was born 1 pound 14 ounces and her immune system was undeveloped. I never really thought I would get these results so fast. I was just thinking she would be dealing with this for rest of her life or at least until she just grew out of it . I'm so thankful for this experience and now my entire family is on a regimen. Betsy is the best and she goes above and beyond checking on us but she makes sure to remind us that the idea is to treat her and not to need her again but she is like FAMILY now so she is stuck with us. She knows her stuff and I'm forever greatful for her knowledge and her heart. She truly cares and it shows. Thank you for being an amazing person and giving me something I was slowing loosing HOPE! This afternoon my sister and I called this salon for an appointment since our original appointment was cancelled. The person that answered the phone was pleasant and told us we could come now. We get there and the receptionist said she would get the stylist. The stylist, Tish, came into the salon and I greeted her, but she did not acknowledge me. After a minute, I realized she was on the phone, so I understood her lack of acknowledgement. Once she hangs up, without any type of greeting, she asks who’s getting their hair done and we both said we wanted our hair shampooed and blow dried. She quotes a price of $85.00 each. My sister asked what it include and she said a shampoo and blow dry only—nothing else. I look at my sister astounded because a shampoo and blow dry is a basic service and even in the most upscale locations, I have never been charged that much. It was evident that the price was given because we must have inconvenienced her. If she didn’t want to do our hair, then she could have declined to provide us service, but instead she quotes an exorbitant price to dissuade us. Of course we walked out. While the front desk personnel was pleasant and accommodating, Tish has lost what could have been a potential long term client that tips extremely well. I also have several colleagues at Georgia State University that are in search of a reliable stylist, but Tish is definitely not it. I will never visit this business again, which I doubt she wants us back anyway.

Betsy coming into my life has been a blessing sent. I have met several trichologist and none have been as attentive as Betsy, supportive and informative. Betsy is thorough and has a passion for healing. You can tell she loves her work by the way she understands the direct trauma from someone experiencing hair-loss as it correlates with their crown and identity. Betsy is more than my testimony she is a gift. Betsy got to know me and heard all the details of my story and didn’t rush my story. She gives me empowering words to cope through this very touch situation and supports me in resurrecting my hope everyday and look toward brighter days. Betsy is a true definition of having a passion for helping because of how detailed her she is in her assessment and how she obtains her Information. Betsy is the 2nd trichologist in Atlanta the first told me I have to have $5000 or she can’t help me. I did not have $5000 so I was desperate when I came in contact with Betsy and she helped me with me being in NYC and her in Atlanta instilling hope for me to process and digest. She did not turn me away. She comprehended my passion for recovery and healing and I am still in that journey and look forward to finalize my healing and coming out completely healed. Betsy provided a different perspective and I am honored to be on the journey as a team with her. I am ready to be that loud testimony for her magic when I’m on the other side of this all. She is that light in everyone’s dark room looking for a glimmer of faith and optimism.
