Ordered on the app at 3:33 pm, expecting a pickup time of 3:47-3:52, per email. Arrived at the store at 3:50, and waited behind two cars. While waiting, I received the Pizza Ready email at 4:08. Got to the window at 4:09, only to have the young lady who opened the window say "Hold on, I'll be with you in a minute". Then we wait an additional five more minutes for another person, a young man, to tell me my order is not ready, even though I received notice that it was ready. He said it would be about seven more minutes. At 4:21, we received another Pizza Ready email, and one of the three people I saw inside came to the window to say "sorry for the wait, but it's shift change". She finally brought our pizza to the window at 4:35.
I opened the box prior to driving off and discovered it was not what was ordered. I ordered a custom round with half pepperoni, half extra cheese. I received a pizza covered in A LOT of pepperoni, no extra cheese, so I tell the young lady, that I did not order a full pepperoni pizza, and she proceeded to tell me that she just came on shift, and she did not know the order. So I ask "you don't check the order on the computer and ensure that the pizza was made per order before handing to the customer." No response. All this time, the other young lady who told me to hold on was just standing in the background watching. I believe my voice had gone up an octave or so at this time, and I asked how much longer it would be to get the correct pizza, and was told it would be about 8-10 minutes. I told them we had been in the drive-thru almost an hour and I declined to wait.
This was my first time at this location, as I typically go to the Wesley Chapel Road location, and have never experienced a problem. I consider this unacceptable and unprofessional in terms of customer service. I will definitely not be making this location a stop in the future.
After reading some other reviews here, I see the wait time is not an unusual occurrence, so if you are considering stopping here, don't! I should have listened to my friend in the car with me who advised me not to stop because he had problems at this location several years ago (not the same people), but similar situation. If that's the case, why on earth is this location still open??
The attached pictures show the pepperoni on top of pepperoni pizza that was given, like it was just dropped on the pizza in some spots, very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe service at this establishment is atrocious to say the least. I understand that they often work with a skeleton crew but I waited over 40 mins in the drive thru to order a pizza, just to get to the window and find out that they were sold out. I was told that it would take 8 mins to make fresh ones, so I said that I would wait ( considering that 8 mins was less than the 40 I had already waited). So I paid, thinking I would sit at the window and the next piping hot pizza would be mine. No. After I paid, they told me that I had to get out of drive thru line and wait at the front of the store, knock on the locked door in 10 mins, and they would open let me in to get my pizza. I was throughly annoyed at this to say the least. Why bother having me go thru the drive thru if I ha e to get out of my car and come inside to get my order. However, I waitedā¦I was determined to get the pizza on principle at this point. So I waited in my car at the front of the building. There was another patron( who had been waiting longer than me) for a pizza. I watched her get out of her car and knock as hard as she could at the door( in futility) and no one answered. I watched her stare into the window to try to get someoneās attention insideā¦they ignored her. Finally, I guy walked up ( who I assumed worked with them) and he was given access, so I just trailed him inside. It had been an additional 15 mins at this point, so I demanded my pizza. When they finally handed it to meā¦.it was coldā¦.like ice cold. š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬. I told them that I didnāt wait an hour for a cold pizza and to give me another one. This one was warmā¦not the piping hot pizza that I imagined, but at that point I decided to cut my losses. Conclusion: I will never patronize this establishment again and I would suggest that you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is just awful hahaha. I order from here often and actually worked here for a VERY short period of time for a few reasons but aside from that this place desperately needs to figure out some teamwork and better communication skills. Last time I was there I think they had a new guy at the register and he became so overwhelmed he couldn't even keep up with what was going on. This visit actually made me very mad because I called in advance to place a special order and purposely waited longer before I headed up there because I had to take a Uber and was limited on funds and could only afford to make it back home if I made it where it was a round trip. The Uber driver agreed to wait on me for longer than he ever should have and when I walked in the door there was a crowd of irritated people and when it was finally my turn to get up to the counter I was told that they haven't even made it yet and by this time it should have been ready 30 minutes ago. I was hungry so of course I was going to wait on my pizza so I told the Uber driver to go ahead and leave which really sucked because shortly after that they finished my pizza. At the point I was so frustrated I turned to the CSR and asked if I could just have this pizza for free since it wasn't ready by the time the quoted and I had to cancel my Uber ride because of them, the CSR was so confused by what was going on he said "Yea just take it!" Thankfully I didn't have to walk home now since I now have the money I was going to use for pizza and could now use for a ride back so it all worked out in the end but took WAAAY to long. I will continue to go here because I like the convenience of it and it's not always bad but this...
