I experienced the rudest customer service from here ever. I went in and order my food (two separate orders). When the first order was ready, I put my seasoning on my wings and fries and told her she could just put the other order in the same bag when it was ready. Little did I know she put my second order in a bag with someone else food. I didn’t notice until I had got home. I went back and told her she put my food in the wrong bag, she immediately started blaming me. I told her I want fresh food not the wings from before because it had been open several times and possible talked over. After her rude comments, I told her it would be ok just refund my money. Long story short she ended up returning my money by throwing it on the counter. I will NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN. I’m not the type to make a scene in public but her actions were uncalled for and poor customer...

So I have been ordering from this place for over 10years in recent months they have changed owners the older couple that was originally there isn't it is now a younger couple and they have ruined a good place. First the customer service and energy is terrible treated almost as if why did you order here. Before the new owner the food was so good I didn't mind waiting even for a call in now the past 2 times I went i got sick chicken was obviously freezer burned. Some wings cooked crispy while other not cooked fully in the same order. They is no love and quality control here anymore the old owners made this place great but these new...

Burgers are bland, fries weren't fully cooked and wings are subpar. I would typically overlook this because it was still edible. But when I ask for extra onions and don't even get a full ring in my burger, I get annoyed. Just as annoyed as standing there a minute or so while the employees hunt and Peck through the monitor looking for the "Add French fries" button... which I assumed was a pretty regular request since the menu literally said "Add French fries for $1."

And I don't know if the employee was just mistaken or not, but if celery sticks are ACTUALLY .50 cents PER PIECE,...
