Update: It's been a year & this location has improved significantly... It's now my go to location!
This is a brand new store supposed to be open till 9pm .... Attempted order through Starbucks App order ahead at 1pm wasn't available. Waited an hour to try again @2pm it's a less busy time & normally if Order Ahead isn't available it will be once not busy ! Again attempted to order through the app still not available! Decided to just order at store. Upon arrival the Starbucks looked closed... Drive was actually CLOSED.. I wouldn't have known they were open inside except this particular Starbucks location designed a one way drive through only way out is through which exits right into the store front. It looked closed all the umbrella for the outside seating area where closed chairs were not put out music wasn't on either lights inside also off! Looked like a sign was on the door so got out to read it that's when I noticed only 9ne employee standing near the drive through window. The handwritten sign stated the new Holiday hours. I tried the door & it was open. Store is pretty big yet only had one free standing bookshelf with merchandise & coffee! The food chiller / preserve was completely empty after I walked in two more employees came from the back so three employees have now ignored me .... Finally after 8 minutes a fourth employee came to the front of the store & helped me. My order took 15 minutes from order to the ready & I was the only one in the store I checked the app order ahead wass still unavailable & although the drive through was closed when I first arrived it was now available for order. Read moreThis use to be my favorite Starbucks. However, over the past few months their customer service has gone down. And their drink making has been careless as well. About a couple of months ago I went in to order my drinks and paid for them. I slid down to wait for them to be made. The young lady infront of me got her drinks and even had one remade with no problem. Her and her little brother left. I then stood there for another about 10 minutes noticing that I was about to be late for my engagement. The Starbucks lady approaches me and asked what my order was. I told her and she proceeds to tell me that she does not see it in the tablet. I told that is because I ordered it in store. She looked at me like I was lying til she noticed I had half my order, the baked items. Then she said oh well we are behind in mobile orders so I can either wait or get my money back. At this point I am extremely annoyed but trying my hardest to keep it cool. But ANNOYED!! I got my money back and left. I tried to call the manager several times but she was never there! This incident has happened twice. This morning I ordered my drinks through the mobile app and they were actually ready. However, when I worked in no greeting as they use to do and when I said thank you no response. It was not like there was a bunch of people in there being loud. It was actually pretty empty but yet no one speaks. Wow!! I think I am good in this location. Back to being a Dunkin...
Read moreWent to drive thru and ordered a caramel macchiato half decaf. Paid, gave a tip, and drove off. Took a taste en route home and gagged. It was straight up burned bitter coffee taste. I could taste zero cream or caramel over the bitterness! I figured I could maybe throw some cream in it when I got home, but after taking a second taste, I turned around and drove back because hell no Im not paying all that money just to go home and try to make it drinkable! I went inside and explained that it tasted nothing like a caramel macchiato and please remake it correctly. He remade. I tasted, and literally gagged again. I buy this particular drink all the time and know what it's supposed to taste like, yet the barista kept wanting to explain why it was so bitter, something about Americana(?). Realizing he clearly had no clue how to make it correctly, I asked for my money back, which I received minus the tip I had originally given. Ironic because A- I had to drive back to TRY to get the correct drink, and B- I left the place without getting what I came for! So I'm out a dollar for the bad experience! I'll not come back to this location again.
I went immediately to the Starbucks on Sixes Road, ordered the exact same drink, and left with a delicious drink made the correct way! I'll drive the distance to Sixes Rd location...
