Taco Bell — Restaurant in Canton

First of all, I like Taco Bell. Just not this Taco Bell. If you want Taco Bell, drive the extra 6 minutes to Washington Square. 1.) I live less than a mile from this Taco Bell and I enjoy their food. I probably have been here ten or twelve times in my life and without fail, EVERY TIME, it is a 15 or 20 minute wait with 4 or 5 cars in the line. No matter the time. Noon, 8pm, 2am, the service is always slow for a relatively small number of cars. 2.) I have always asked the employees how they are doing and they are nice, but most say that it has been a long day or they are not doing well. Actually, I don't remember getting a single positive response. Probably because they hate their jobs because this place is way understaffed. 3.) This place has the unnatural ability to always be out of key ingredients like cheese, beef, and rice. I mean, what else are you going to serve? The guy at Wendy's put it well when he said "how does a place run out of their main ingredient??" Yes, this time I left the TB drive through and went to Wendy's. I would recommend you...

Each time I have went I have gotten an attitude from the girl at the window she isn't that pleasant. First time I went my order was wrong because I remember having to go back but I don't remember what it was. This time I ordered the $5 craving box. Got to the window and got the box and usually there is nachos and it's in a bag but I just got the box this time . Halfway home I realize this is not what I ordered as it had a Doritos taco and a chicken shell taco. I went back and went into the dining room and got an attitude from the girl at the register cuz I had a box i wanted to bring back and i looked upset. Then the manager comes to me and proceeded to tell me this is what I ordered cuz he saw the 'box' I told him to look inside and he said oh yeah that is not it. And he proceeded to remake my food. I leave and head home very hugry and alas my food is cold and they didn't give me my sauce I asked for. Ugh. I love taco Bell but not...

I don't understand why this taco bell continues to get a simple order of mine wrong again and again!? When I upgrade the hard taco to a soft taco Supreme I expect for it to have sour cream and tomatoes especially since that's what I'm paying for! Recently I politely asked the window person to please make sure the sour cream and tomatoes were added and they went overboard with it by drowning the taco in sour cream and tomatoes. I tweeted this on taco bells twitter accounts and they sent me two $5 coupons which I tried using at the offending taco bell, but was told they could only be used at a franchisee taco bell and yet they mess up my order again. While we're here I usually let it slide, but they only fill the nacho cheese to half a cup and it forces me to order a second which is forgotten most of the time too! Please do better and stop messing...
