My company shipped Jennifer some kitchen towels and aprons she ordered through Faire Marketplace. She got a full refund on the product from Faire because she stated she did not receive what she ordered. We said that is fine no issue, please return the product to us and we will pay for the return shipping. She then said ok I will go through and keep some of the product and return what I don't want. However, she is now refusing to pay us for the merchandise she ended up keeping and is now asking for a discount. She essentially is paying $0.50 for our item when the rest of our other customers are paying $1.20. And she's asking for more of a discount. How cheap do you have to be???
