Fridays are the best day to go. It is less busy than Saturday and Sunday, however it is still packed on Friday. Parking will cost you around $5. And wear really good walking shoes because you will be walking for hours.. Make sure you know which gate you entered and look for the landmarks as you enter so that you know how to get out. Otherwise you may be looking around and looking around for your exit. I can't say I really saw many bargains there but they were priced normally and what you would expect. If you are allergic to dogs don't go there. Many, many people brought their dogs with them. The first Hamburger Stand inside the Eastgate has absolutely the best hamburgers ever. It will be on your left as you walk down from that gate. If you like antiques, this is the place to go. There are just bazillions of them. I saw guns, jewelry, all kinds of dishware, silverware, strange trinkets, and items I've never seen before. More tools than could fit in my entire garage top to bottom, and all kinds of furniture from brand new looking to pieces that looked over 200 years old.
