This has everything to do with our experiences with the pharmacy and nothing to do with the store.
To say we’ve had an issue with every single order at this place would be giving them too much credit because several times we’ve had multiple issues with the same prescription. I’m sure these people are underpaid and overworked and for that I feel bad but it is amazing to me how a giant company like Walgreens can have literally the worst service you’ll experience.
Yet another reason why Amazon will continue to take over. After our latest issue getting a prescription today we’ve transferred yet another prescription to Amazon pharmacy. It’s amazing. They do all the calling for you to transfer the script and then it shows up at your door within a day or two. Save yourself the headache...

If you call, you're put in hold, then disconnected after the phone rings. If you call the store manager, it rings until someone on the floor picks up. If someone on the floor transfers you to the pharmacy, you're back on hold, then more ringing, then hung up on again. The cycle repeats.
The pharmacy staff services a large number of clients, and they are not likely not paid enough for the service they provide. But...if you're so overwhelmed that you activeoy refuse to pick up the phone...that's a disservice to your customers. Would not recommend...
   Read moreEverything is great there, to be Frank it’s quite a nice store. The cashier was great. Everything was fine until this horrible horrible manager steps out behind the cashier. I didn’t know the price previously and so I put down a wad( a total of about 15 dollars, 12 of witch were used) of bills and she was incredibly sassy and sarcastic, she said quote “I just love single bills that we have to sort through” and I am now in rage are seeking alternative stores rather than this one, I still say it’s a great store but if you see the Manager lady who is absolutely horrible I say make it...
