Apollo Sub & Pizza Shop Inc — Restaurant in Canton

So, I order from thus place all the time, never had a problem until now!! First of all, the owner is ignorant, what kind of owner/manager doesn't get in the phone when a customer has a complaint, and is talking through the cashier, 2nd I ordered the tuna club sandwich dinner that is supposed to cone with onion rings and French fries. First mistake, got my food no onion rings, ordered an orange soda thinking it would be a 20oz, since it was the same price 2.25 as all the other 20ozs, nope it was 16.9 oz, omg then I order a steak and cheese with green onions not grilled, what do I get grilled red and green, when I called I was told it is premade, and if I wanted green onions they would throw them on like they do a pizza, not cook. Oh, did I forget to tell you I got it delivered. Only to be told if I wanted them to remake the sub or anything else I would have to bring back the food and they would remake it, so not only did I pay delivery fee and tip now I would have to waste gas. Wt#, The other option is they would give me credit for next time. I took the credit because I am so upset I'm not thinking straight to go down there. I normally don’t write reviews but what happened from a place my family and I order from all the time was very upsetting. I placed my order as usual and saw that it stated delivered. When I called to find out what happened, the rude girl who answered the phone stated I gave the wrong address. I stated that it’s impossible that I put in the wrong address as I know where I lived. She continued to let the gentleman there know that this lady who put in her wrong address wants to know what we can do for her. To have someone repeat this over and over again was beyond frustrating. They told me they would get the driver to bring me my food. I waited another 30 min with nothing and called back. Again the unbelievably rude girl started yelling “yeah that lady who keeps putting her address wrong wants to know where her food is”. First of all who talks like that?!? Apollo is one of our go-to takeout spots. They dish one some terrific subs, salads and pizzas. Unlike most pizza joints, their salads aren't an afterthought and actually taste pretty decent and effort is made towards making them decent. Their pizzas are pretty standard but definitely way above average and their subs are satisfying and tasty. I'm partial to their hamburger sub. Their buffalo tenders are also pretty good but they don't have any options to control the heat level which is a bummer - I like mine spicier. Service is pretty friendly and their prices are good.
