Canton Center Pizza — Restaurant in Canton

I have no problem with the food. It’s always good and they give you nice portion sizes. My issue is the way I was treated when trying to place an order over the phone for delivery. My order based on the most current menu I was mailed (8 pc wings, gyro dinner, side of fries) probably should have cost about 30-35 dollars max. I was told by the gentleman who was taking my order that it was $54. I asked him to go over the order (and include prices) to make sure I wasn’t being charged twice for something. He literally hung up. I of course called back (same guy answered) and again asked him to tell me what each item cost bc $54 was wayyy too high. He could not explain the cost whatsoever, still claimed it was $54 and rudely asked me if I was going to place the order bc he was busy and had other calls to take. (As if I wasn’t trying to be a paying customer). I’m sorry if I took up too much of your time but if I’m going to pay for something I want to make sure what I’m paying is accurate. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to have you take an additional 30 secs on the call to go over an order and not be rude about it. I ordered a pizza from Canton Center Pizza and I saw there was an option to choose no contact delivery. Knowing this isn’t what I wanted I didn’t click this. I was then thinking when my pizza would be coming because of the closeness of the restaurant. I checked and it said it had been delivered and I go outside and notice my pizza being on the ground. I then bring the pizza inside and open it up and see multiple bugs crawling out of the box. I then start to scream out of shock. I immediately call the restaurant and they say they can’t do anything about this situation. They don’t offer a refund or anything to help this situation. My mother then calls and expresses how this was unfair and they still don’t offer helping the situation. My mother then proceeded to ask for the managers name and they still didn’t care. Currently one of our favorite pizza joints. We got their roast beef sandwich, curly fries, and onion rings.

Their roast beef club sandwich had the perfect ratio of fillings and condiments, just enough mayo and three slices of toast! So tasty! Their bacon was perfectly crispy too! Roast beef can be on the saltier and drier side, not here, it was deliciously juicy.

Their curly fries are soooo good. Best ones that we’ve had in awhile. Fried to perfection, crispy on the outside and deliciously soft potato with every bite. They’re so nicely seasoned too!

The onion rings are THICK CUT! Superior 1:1 ratio with the batter too! Unbeatable.
