So bad!! I went there on Saturday to get some plexi glass. I put my a/c in and he was local. Not only did I stand and wait 20 minutes but they were out. I just went back, it's Monday and he had some cut it for me and I was super excited even after the substantial wait time, I was let down. The stupid piece of plastic was 20 bucks. He cut it crooked brought it out and charged me. He didn't inform of the price or give me any options. I called Dels Building supply and was quoted 15 bucks! No wait time and the man I spoke with was super friendly. I know where I'll be doing business from now on. I feel like Ace raped my wallet. I'll do some extra driving and get fast and friendly service from a business that will...

I definitely like the new ownership and the makeover this store recently received. The new staff are super friendly and helpful and the store is always well stocked and usually has everything I need for quick repairs, garden supplies and even just random little stuff that you find yourself needing when you have a farm. Super grateful for this small but effective hardware store. They have saved me several trips into GP or Roseburg in the last couple years. Thanks for serving our community.
