I have been coming to Congress jewelers every year since I made Captiva my vacation spot 8 years ago. Every year I get a beautiful piece to add to my charm necklace to commemorate my stay here. I rarely ever take it off. Last year I bought a lovely ring. I think I have removed it maybe twice. The Sea Life collection are hand crafted pieces cast from real shells and will last a lifetime. I get compliments all the time on my little collection. The service you receive will be impeccable. Some pieces I have, I have requested they not be shiny and they are happy to send it to the shop and put a matte finish on them for me at no extra charge. ( Of course I apologize for changing the design of the artist to fit my needs of style)They also clean my necklace and ring every year. My visit to Congress Jewelers is always one of the highlights of my vacation. I’ve already scoped out my piece for next year. It’s gorgeous! 🐬🏝👙🧜‍♀️😎....

I can’t speak highly enough of how fantastic it was working with Melissa and the staff of Congress Jewelers. We had gone to a few other jewelers in Naples with our grandma’s wedding ring hoping to make a custom wedding band with her stones. The other jewelers felt insensitive to the significance of the gift of our grandma’s ring, and their quotes felt unreasonably high.

Congress Jewelers not only was kind, respectful, and caring when handling our grandma’s ring, but they realized our vision for the wedding band we wanted. It is ABSOLUTELY perfect. It doesn’t matter how far you need to drive, it will be worth the trip to Sanibel Island to receive the care and quality that these jewelers know you deserve.

We had an emotional ring reveal with our grandma who was overjoyed and, so shocked by how beautiful the ring looks.

Simply cannot say enough good things about Congress and their amazing staff. Alex has helped us with many purchases, and watched our children grow, always assisting us with new sea shell charms to add to their little collections. Recently we connected over our shared love for the Atocha. It is now exaggeration to share that Alex spent hours with us that day. While we did make a purchase, I think he would I have happily done the same thing if we didn’t buy a thing. We are now proud owners of Atocha reals and hope to have a small collection of our own someday. It is special to know that these purchases have historical importance while also the strong emotional connection of the experience of working with Alex. We can’t wait...
