The security team did an incredible job. They apprehended young boys armed with pepper spray and pocketknives. I felt exceptionally safe knowing they were thoroughly checking for any potential threats. The black security guard was particularly exceptional and relatable. His humor was infectious. Itâs unbelievable that they assigned him the task of moving cars. He truly belongs in front, interacting with people. He was the best security guy there and incredibly funny.
The red beard and blonde hair made a perfect pair for taking tickets. They did their job exceptionally well and quickly, so I recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to avoid any delays. And also you have to do it online if youâre gonna do the haunted, they told us because of the signature which I understand and I totally agree with that. My family was really thirsty so we went to the market. They were so nice so many good options on the drinks. The cashiers were so amazing. We left amazing tip because they did an amazing job. Also, they told us about a mini pumpkin that comes with our package because we got 13 tickets which everyone gets their own mini pumpkin which I was happy with. We visited the hayride, and the kind staff helped my mom up and down the stairs. I didnât expect them to go above and beyond, but they were incredibly helpful. Afterward, they brought her wheelchair right next to the hayride.
However, the staff at the kid-friendly maze was a bit disappointing. They were both distracted on their phones and gave us incorrect information about the flowers. The cashier had mentioned that sunflowers cost $1 per stem, but the staff told us they were free. This was clearly not true.
Our teenager then went into the haunted corn maze and came out crying, just like other kids and adults. The staff at the maze asked if they wanted a picture right next to the sign that said they had âsurvived the haunted corn maze in Farmer Mikeâs Fort Myers.â I appreciated that gesture. The line wasnât as long as I had anticipated, which was a relief.
After all that, we went to Boba, where the staff was incredibly friendly. They helped my kids and parents pick out some drinks. There were a variety of food options available, which I loved. I wish there had been a few more food vendors, but the staff before we left were so welcoming that we got to meet Farmer Mike and the manager of the market. He was very friendly and welcoming to my family, and he even gave us a fist bump on the way out.
Highly recommend for a...
Read moreNever experienced such rude workers and negative atmosphere. I was directed to a lady working at a register for some questions i had, i was told she had answered to. Bedford asking my questions somone in my group politely asked to purchase a popsicle. To this she replied, âwhat the hell else would you do, that is how it works.â Then continued to be extremely rude and when I asked my question she told me i must find somone by the name of celia, because she would have answers. (i was being redirected again) I reply asking who celia was and where to find her, and she treated me as i was dumb for not knowing who this was. After finding her for myself, i politely asked my question, and yet again i am treated with attitude and as if i was a bother. Durring this conversation a male worker approaches us and tells us the lady at the register says we are ârude as hellâ. I politely corrected him, and explained she was very rude and out of pocket to us. He then mumbled some more vulgar language u def his breath. Also, durring haunted walk i witnessed a worker from outside the house use very agressive and inappropriate language to yell at the man infront of me, who was lost and trying to find his party, while she did this she stood infront of me blocking me from getting through. Overall, the workers rude and inconsiderate actions made for a bad night, and the words that left their mouths did not make up a family friendly environment like...
Read moreIt was an incredible experience. The parking attendant was incredibly helpful. He did an excellent job, and I managed to park without any issues. The lady with blonde hair was the most friendly person Iâve ever met. She was understanding that I didnât know where the tickets were. She yelled, but thatâs her job, and I get it. She apologized for it. The security guards were the nicest Iâve ever met for security guards. They made me laugh and me feel safe. The manager was amazing. She helped me get my scissors for the sunflower and spoke Spanish, which made me feel like I was at home. The sunflowers were so cheapâone dollar stems! Thatâs a pretty good deal. The hayride was amazing. The weight was a little iffy, but he was on break and apologized, which I understand because heâs there all day. He also spoke Spanish, which I appreciated. The lady running the ride was also amazing. She spoke Spanish and we had a great conversation before the guy got there. I got lost and Farmer Mike kindly offered to take me to the haunted maze. The haunted corn maze in Fort Myers is way better than Bonitaâs. Itâs not a two-hour wait to get into the maze like Bonitaâs, which I love, and itâs way scarier. While leaving, the cashiers told me that there was free mini pumpkins per ticket, which I loved. This place made me feel like I was at home and safe.
Thank you so much farmer Mike for...
