Roosters Barn and Grill — Restaurant in Florida

The restaurant doesn’t deserve any stars. My husband and I went there for our anniversary. We got asked where we wanted to sit and we said outside after 10 minutes of waiting I went inside to find out why know had even asked us if we wanted something to drink. The bartender said that someone should have been out to talk to us. I then asked another girl if I could speak to a Manager which I was then told that it was only her and the bartender there. I said that’s fine just let your Manager know you lost a customer. I went back out got my husband and left. Ridiculous! Why would you not have a Manager on due all hours or staff that knows what they are doing? My parents have been there and said the Service and food was horrible and friends that said they had the same experience. It’s sad because it’s right down the straight from our house. I will be letting everyone I know not to go here. You need to train your staff better and get better Management you should be ashamed. First off my family and I live a block away in the health park. We brought our family and anther family for the first time. it seems like this place wants to be a family bar and grill. HOWEVER We witnessed aggressive male drunks approach a mom with a baby under the age of 1 year and buy here a shot while setting the car seat down at a bar stool and drunkenly stumbles Into a couple at the bar and spill there drink all over them then swears loudly multiple 4 letter words infront of 2 family with in 5 feet behind him with children under the age of 10. Than stumbles Into a elderly woman behind him spilling her water. Swears more infront of all the children. Forcabley kisses the elderly woman than gets served anther drink at the bar. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE GOING FOR A DIVE BAR WHERE MEN GET SMASHED AND PICK UP WOMAN. NO MANNERS. COMEPMETLY INAPPROPRIATE FOR FAMILYS. VERY SAD.

Tuesday October 11 between 530-840...

We called ahead since it was later evening. We arrived before the kitchen closed. We stood at the front door waiting for someone to acknowledge us. No one did. A few mins later, the bartender said hi. We saw different workers doing things, but still, we were not acknowledged by anyone else. The bartender then asked a server, and the server said the bartender could take care of us. The bartender was busy with her own customers. We were allowed to choose a table. We did. I went to grab men's for the 4 of us so we could place our order. The bartender asked if we wanted. Drink. We watched servers walk around. We ordered water. With the lack of service, we decided to leave..so.glad we did. Perkins was down the street and was ao much more friendlier, brighter, and cleaner even though they were busier.
