Edit again.. I was told by your employee (watch the video since you say you have it) that the Dubai chocolate frap was $5.75. It's on video right with audio? My total was $9 and some change. So if the Dubai chocolate frap was $5.75 and my drink was $.80 cents why was my total so high? how does that add up? I was kind to your employee. I wasn't rude or mean. This conversation is just as confusing as your app. I'm sorry the "one star" review hurt your feelings but with the way you have replied as owner is crazy! And saying my drink being .80 cents can't be true with what my total was. I'm sure you'll come back and say I'm lying so this is my last reply but that's the truth whether you accept it or not. I was reading past one star reviews and can see they anger you. People have a right to state their opinion and leave reviews. As a manager my self I would never reply to someone like that. My original post was a suggestion to upgrade the app to make it more user friendly and you went off the deep end with your reply and offense that I gave you one star. I drove off because the totals weren't adding up and I didn't want to be over charged and the girl was just as confused as me and we couldn't figure it out so I told her that we will just cancel the order and and I drove away. That's my right as a customer. If those two drinks small size are going to put your store under then you have bigger problems than a one star review. I won't reply anymore. I said my peace and stand by my review and the one star. Urban buzz, summer moon and countless other coffee shop owners are always kind no matter if there has been a mishap or not. And for having many drinks under $5 your employee couldn't name me one. 🤪 even she told me you have to ring it up all separate to get a free drink. Glad you reviewed you tape. You'll see why I drove off. It's not as black and white as you make it. Lolll but whatever helps you sleep at night.✌🏽

They give you a free small drink but it's under $5 so you pull up to the window and all the small drinks are over $5. So then they have to ring up everything separate and my $5.75 drink even with the $5 is now $4🫠 super confusing. I ended up driving away. I get you have to charge for sauces and milks. I get lattes everyday but to give a coupon and make it so confusing and hard to use is frustrating for the customer. Or just take $5 off and let the customer pay...

I just tried Eagle Specialty Coffee for the first time after seeing it all over my newsfeed and hearing a couple of my coworkers rave about it—and now I see what the hype is all about!

I ordered the BLT, and it was a 10/10—so good it literally melted in my mouth. I usually only eat half a sandwich, but this one was gone before I even left my car. That’s saying something!

I also got a coffee that was a little different from my usual order—not my favorite, but the flavor of the coffee itself was still really good, which makes me super excited to try more options from their menu. My boyfriend is a big cheese danish fan, so I grabbed one for him, and he was drooling over it. He already wants another!

The service was super quick and easy, and every employee I spoke to was so sweet. I can’t wait to come back and explore more of their menu!

Ok, I never write reviews but!! I must say this place is worth the review. I am a coffee fanatic and for so long I wanted us here in Cape Coral to have a something just like this! First and most important the coffee WOW! So I ordered a latte and with my fingers crossed hoped for the best! And They gave me the best. I am so glad they know how to make the perfect frothy milk! A lot of coffee shops now days like Starbucks are lazy with their milk or don’t train properly on how to froth milk for lattes, cappuccinos etc. but this place did this perfect! It was very delicious and they put enough espresso and it was just amazing over all! Now about their menu, Wow!!! nothing like the typical fast food breakfast! Their food is amazing!
