Razzle Dazzle — Local services in Cape Coral

I walked in as a first time customer, the people were to the other side of the business, as I began loooking an employee approached me, she wanted to help me looking for something I might like. I asked for a certain top and matching capri's and she ran off helping me in way that I was amazed with her assistance. We all say that first impressions are always on target, and this business is certainly one that I will continue to do business because of their customer service.

I returned a few weeks later, the owner later on finding out that's who she was, helped me look for a certain piece for an event I had, she was great as well. Razzle Dazzle is certainly a little shop, but with a huge heart and awesome customer service. There's a little bit in there for everyone's style. Since I can't drive due to illness, the owners husband offered to bring me home, and also said that if I need a ride to the shop, he would more than willing pick me up upon a phone call. I'm in love, love their attitude and customer service. Thank you for your words...

I have shopped here for years with several of my friends we have all Made large purchases and I am very disappointed in the response I have got when I returned a $89.00 Jean legging that the waist ban just fell apart after washing. I expected to get another pair or credit. NO….they have a ready seamstress to do repairs. Very alarming that they have a ready seamstress in this store is the quality of clothing a scam? Will not be going back unless this is made right, nor will my girlfriends planned shopping trips to visit Razzle Dazzle, no...

Lived in Cape Coral almost 2 years now..just by chance stopped in about 2 weeks ago. Cathy, the owner was so welcoming and the clothes are so beautiful and Florida style. They carry a huge selection of styles of clothing and accessories.
