I ordered a 16-pc box of Noela’s gorgeous chocolates to gift my daughter, who is an ER nurse, in appreciation of her courage during this pandemic. The order was sent out very promptly, but FedEx failed to deliver to the correct address which was correctly shown when the tracking number was researched. The gift never showed up, I was crushed. I let Noela Chocolates know what happened, just as a courtesy and not expecting anything from them as the business had certainly handled the transaction accurately and very quickly. Much to my complete amazement, Ande (owner), immediately offered to replace my order at her own expense and ship it to the hospital my daughter works at!! I highly recommend this business to everyone! This is what is special about a small business. The heart of a small business that values every customer and goes above and beyond to take care of that customer can’t be found in your big box chains. Our wedding happened in Clearwater Beach on 4/16/22. Brandon and I both live in Cape Coral and we knew we wanted a gift for our guests that was tasty and memorable, and for us, it was great for our guests to take a little piece of Cape Coral home with them even though we were in Clearwater. We reached out to Noela because they are local and have customized boxes. Ande reached out, we told her our vision and theme, and she said absolutely no problem. She got us in contact with her graphic designer, Shane, who was wonderful to work with and made all the adjustments immediately upon receipt of our draft. Ande let us taste the chocolates. We chose a 2 piece box and it was SO hard to narrow it down to just two flavors to pick because the chocolates were so uniquely delicious. We did finally choose the Almond Amaretto and Brambleberry. Ande worked with us and changed the Brambleberry shape and color to a pink heart to go with our wedding theme. We ordered 140 boxes. Everything was PERFECT, on time, delicious, and memorable as promised. Noela is a GREAT gift for ANY occasion....

A little tardy with this review but this is such a great place I still wanted to review them. I went to them at what turned out to be a bad time. Two days before Christmas and the previous day they had sold out completely. They had the door locked as they were busy making more chocolates, but they let me in, stopped what they were doing, and made a gift box of art chocolates with what they had made up to this point. They were beautiful and my wife received many compliments for the photos she posted of them.
