DO NOT buy from these people. I managed to make it through with Kelly just fine. However her husband is a rude mess and belongs only behind closed doors. I called today to check on an order from February 3rd 2021. The owner answered the phone and sifted through his paperwork until he found my order. He said he would make a call to check on the order and return my call. He did immediately return my call. He stating that the factory just received the blue fabric and it would be an additional 10 weeks until assembly was completed and then another two weeks until he received delivery. When purchased I was given a four to six-week arival time. I told him that was unacceptable and I would like to cancel the order and have my money returned. He told me that was not an option. I told him that I was misled by a four to six-week wait time and that I am Furnishing a vacation rental. I can not wait another twelve weeks. I said you just told me they just received the fabric and haven't even started assembly. So now would be a good time to cancel. I asked him how would he feel if roles were reversed and he was the consumer. He welcomed me to the shop in person to further discuss and told me I will not tell him how to run his business. I told him I would need to calm down prior to coming to his business and seeing him in person. He again welcomed my visit at anytime. I proceeded again to tell him that if he does not return my money, I will go to social media and he hung up on me. So much for keeping your business local and supporting the small businessman. I wonder what is a reasonable time frame that he will decide to return my money. We just might find out after 10 more weeks what a judge feels is reasonable. For everyones information City Furniture sells the same product for less money. They too are out of stock. However if the product does not make it in by it's given lead time they WILL refund your money. A much safer and reasonable option considering the times. I am looking forward to your follow-up phone call in 10 weeks. If we can agree on anything maybe it is that Kelly should take...

Totally Regret buying from here! Do Not Buy Here! 😡 My attorney informed me you can’t force me to remove this, as it is actually the truth and fact based on our experience! I see the owner, Troy Bogue, as an Unethical owner, based on my personal experience! All materials faded horribly Within a couple of months!!! Troy and Kelly “ACT” so nice at first!

I had to contact the actual manufacturer because the set that Troy sold us on, for our lanai, was soo deteriorated within 2 months! 🤷🏻‍♂️ Only to find out that it was Not outdoor furniture at all!!!? He makes you sign their receipt that has a “All sales Final“ he said, so he’s not accountable... and then all of the Material Fades Horribly in less than a couple of months! See my pictures!!! Then the owner Troy Bogue even LIED under oath in a court of law, that we were not shopping for an outdoor lanai set, my wife and I know was a Blatant Lie! He had to hold it in his store until my lanai was built But oh no, of course he doesn’t recall that!

The owner does not stand behind his products at all! Even when you spend over $4,000! Now it’s all Trash!!! You don’t get what you pay for even with expensive furniture, then the items Degraded badly in just a couple of months! Then he tries putting the fault on you, after they are the ones handing you the only books of materials available. Unbelievable!!!

I strongly advise you to just stay away!!! Really don’t know how the Owner...

I would like to mention our first time walking into this store we noticed the wide variety of impressive Florida selections of colorful, unique, well crafted, reasonably priced High quality furniture, pictures, lamps, etcetera! After a few minutes we learned the Tropical Furniture Gallery store is a local family owned and personally operated business. Shortly after entering we were politely greeted by Kelley an owner in which we promptly received very knowledgeable product information coupled with her personal helpful assistance, start to finish, with our selection and purchase! Kelley’s patience, willingness to listen and help coupled with her insight of Florida design and colors made our decision and selection comfortable and easy!
