My wife and I recently visited The Corner Store, and it was a delightful experience! The highlight for us was the fantastic selection of candies and pickled eggs—truly a unique and nostalgic treat. First time visiting The Corner Store and the first thing I noticed when walking in was the smell. It smelled wonderful and reminded me of my Grandmother Cora's kitchen. There is a large varieties of sweets to choose from and I chose a couple, they were great. The store has a little bit of everything including a small menu and home cooked meals. The best part of this little store is the couple that own it. They have own this store for 18 years and I can see exactly why. I happened upon this establishment in 2018, while my daughter and i were at comicon in Cape girardeau, mo!
