Hypnotic Fusion Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Cape Girardeau

Don’t sleep on this place!! We’ve been craving butter chicken and tikka masala since moving to Cape, and Hypnotic hired a chef trained in India to create their new menu, and we are overjoyed! The butter chicken, naan, and mango lassi were absolutely delicious and we can’t wait to go back!

Details: We went on a Wednesday around 5:30 pm and had the entire patio to ourselves. We had so much fun playing bags with our 3 year old while we waited. I was Assaulted here by one of the Security guys on my First time visit one day!! The Dance Floor was TOO crowded to barely move, ✌🏽"BIG MAN SECURITY,"✌🏽 Threatened and Assaulted Me leaving TWO wounds on me that are now Marks [One on my Forehead, and one on My Elbow] because he didn't know how to Maturally Control himself, Also throwing me out before-hand (LITERALLY!!) Not to Mention, He did this to [Myself], being a High-Functioning guy with Autism!!!! I EXTREMELY do not recommend this club due to the Poor Service, and I am Never going to this club again. Food was decent, but lacking the promised spice. We tried the Butter Chicken, Tikka Masala, garlic naan, and the fish sandwich. The chicken dishes were flavorful and moist, but both lacked the heat that was noted on the menu—especially the Tikka Masala, which leaned more sweet than spicy. The garlic naan was tasty and fresh. My husband had the fish sandwich, and while it tasted okay, the fish itself reminded us of something you'd get at McDonald's. That sandwich definitely needs an upgrade to match the rest of the menu.
