Bringing my previous 5 star review down to a 1. When it was medical the staff was great. Super nice and friendly. Then it became rec. I made my first purchase as a recreational customer and the service I received was very poor. Not only did they "not have the product" that was listed on their website, they went about getting me something similar very rudely. And come to find out it's the ASSISTANT manager that I had to deal with. I get it if mistakes on the website happens, or you just run out of something but in this case it was different. They treated me as if I was some random first timer instead of how I used to be treated. I checked 2 days later, (which is why I'm writing this review), on the website and they still have the product I wanted listed incorrectly. The last part of all this is when I was told the cart was $10 more than listed on the website. All I did was show what it showed and he came at me rudely, "look I'm telling you what we have I see what you're telling me but this is what we have do you want it or do you want something else?!" I couldn't say anything because I didn't want to get kicked out. All I could do was snatch the bag because I was angry and he was unprofessional about it. But this was HORRIBLE service and I figured everyone should know...
   Read moreIâm going with four stars because Iâve visited this location several times with no issues. Itâs always a pleasant experience and fairly easy pickup. Yesterday was a bit different. Upon further thought, I think my budtender was a new employee. For the first time, the receipt wasnât verified with the pickup bag. I told him itâs usually two bags but that wasnât paid attention to. I donât normally check my bags contents until safely home, hours away but yesterday I did and I donât even know what I would have done if I hadnât checked. I was missing an entire TWO OUNCES. He âforgotâ a bag. I went back in immediately and while I was definitely greeted at first with suspicious looks, they quickly realized their mistake and gave me my missing bag. Moral of the story, no matter how many times youâve gone and had incredible experiences, human error is a real thing and always always ALWAYS ask your budtender to match your receipt to your product! Lesson learned, thankfully not at the expense...
   Read moreWe live in Poplar Bluff, which has 1 dispensary that has not been able to provide enough stock or variety since recreational marijuana became legal. Take that into account when I say the variety of flower available is much greater than what I am used to. I have been to bloom twice now, and I am always impressed and find something which fits my needs.
On our most recent trip to bloom, we were really blown away by the amazing customer service from Anthony. I am a very low volume medical user with specific needs and a limited understanding of the esoteric stuff like terpenes. Anthony not only took the time to explain the information labeling on the product, but took the time to listen to my needs and use his expertise to determine exactly what product I needed. The item he steered me into proved to be exactly what I am needing. 5/5 for variety, 5/5 for quality, and 6/5 for customer service. I expect to be making all of my purchases here...
