I can’t recommend Zickfield’s enough! I came in with a small, sentimental stone that I’d been holding onto for over a decade, hoping to finally turn it into a ring. I’d visited a few other jewelers first, but either the prices were unreasonably overpriced or I left feeling like my piece wasn’t worth their time.

From the moment I walked into Zickfield’s, the experience was completely different. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping me out. They treated my stone with care and respect, and made me feel like my piece mattered — even though it wasn’t a high-end commission.

Their pricing was very reasonable, the turnaround time was impressively quick (less than a week), and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I called about getting rings engraved and the lady I talked to was very rude and stuck-up. She told me the place I got the rings from should have engraved them for me (They were cheap rings that I got from an antique shop and just wanted them engraved for sentimental reasons.) She made it clear that they didn't want my business and when I politely thanked her for her trouble she just hung up on me. I ended up going to CP McGinty's on the same street and they were willing to do the engraving on short notice at a very reasonable price. I recently got my engagement ring here. It was a wonderful experience! The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. It was nice to spend my money locally and not with some big store chain that could care less about the area and community. It is also to know that Kent is a licensed gemologist and really knows what he is talking about. I was able to get a great deal on a beautiful ring! I couldn't imagine shopping anywhere else for jewelry for me...
