Do not go to Jayson Jewelers! The sales rep are condescending and refuse to listen to what the customer actually wants. Horrible customer service!

After they did unsatisfactory work to my wedding ring (I was too embarrass to even wear it), I brought it back for them to correct, which they were reluctant to do. A week later I got my ring back and they charged me again, more than I was charged the first time! No one should have to pay twice for a job that should have been done right the first time. Not knowing they were charging for the work, my husband dropped by the store to pick up my ring and was told the outlandish charge. They continued to tell him I knew about the extra resizing work they did and the corresponding fee to get him to pay it -- they never told me any of this! If I knew they were charging again to fix it I would have taken my ring elsewhere to a place that actually would do the job right. I went to the store to dispute the charges and complain about their customer service after I did not receive a call back from a voice mail left the day prior.

Instead of them addressing the issue as a professional company, I was yelled at by all 3 employees in the store, I was told I was "just one complaint", they did not have time for me, then called the cops upon me asking when I could get a call from the owner. I have yet to get the phone call I was told I would receive.

Yes, they have expensive, beautiful rings, but this is NOT the local business to support! Please go to a jeweler who will treat you with respect, listen to you, and give you great customer service, i.e. not...

My husband got my wedding band from a different jeweler, and over time a small corner diamond had fallen out. Well I found some phenomenal reviews about Jayson's Jewelers and Mr Lloyd's work. I am so thankful I researched this decision. Jayson's jewelers went above and beyond all expectations!! My ring is beautiful and I love it, Lloyd put it back together flawlessly and even did some extra to help it be stronger and hold up for me. Got me on a 6 month rotation for cleaning and making sure no stones or prongs are coming loose. They initially said about a week, in 3 days the wonderful ladies who work there called me and said it was ready!! They also go above and beyond in honoring veterans for veterans day. I am so than kful they were there, I will never go anywhere else. They'll be my jewelers from here on out! Thank you all again for the great quality work and hands down BEST...
