Placed a order for pick up , and came to the bar shortly after . When I asked about my order I got told it was a wait . I patiently waited told them my name and that my order was for pick up . Kept getting told 10 more minutes until an hour eventually passed by . Asked the manager of the kitchen big guy with a pony tail he said “saucing your wings up right now” just for more time to go by of me waiting . Eventually asked again and he said “what did you have I forgot” told him again and he looked behind the bar where the food had been sitting over an hour . Asked for it to be remade he said no you’re gonna get that . I told him I didn’t want it sat it down and asked could I get a refund then . He yelled at me cursed to me “NO YOU CAN get the HELL out of my bar” loud enough to where everyone looked over . And mind you this is apparently the “manager” and I never came off rude just don’t like wasting my money on something if I’m not gonna enjoy it . I don’t recommend to anyone very distasteful experience . I’ve never met a manger of any sort with such bad customer...

If you’re craving wings, this is NOT the place. They’re somehow drier than a desert and taste like someone whispered “sauce” from across the room. And get this—no mixing flavors. It’s like they’re actively trying to ruin your day with one boring, bland flavor per sad order.

Now, I will say, the bartender was awesome. Super friendly, great service—honestly the only thing saving this place from being a total dumpster fire. And the atmosphere? Chef’s kiss. Nothing sets the mood quite like a crackhead snoozing on a table while her kids reenact a WWE match around the bar. Truly the family-friendly chaos you never asked for.

Final word: grab a drink, maybe chat with the bartender, but if you order the wings, just know you’re paying top dollar for the most tragic bar food experience...

One of the worst bars in downtown cape. If you manage to somehow get the staff to stop ignoring you they will usually refuse to help saying it’s someone else’s job. Bartenders ignore you and are very rude. If it’s not packed and obnoxiously loud, bartenders are just sitting on FaceTime ignoring you. No matter what it takes ages for anyone to even acknowledge you and when they finally do they are either unhelpful or just straight rude. Covid guidelines are an absolute joke here, not a single person of staff wears a mask or follows any guidelines, it’s packed shoulder to shoulder with strangers.
