Extremely rude. Don't even call; they are super rude. I called and asked what kind of store they were so I could find out if they resize jewelry because I have several very expensive family heirlooms that I'd like resized. Whomever answered the phone rudely snapped at me "and why would you need to know that?" I said "excuse me?" And he snapped at me again!! Clearly this place has 0 customer service. I told him I was a customer that WAS going to come by and find out about some services and even if they didn't I was going to go look at rings, but that wasn't going to happen now.
