Went to this shop today with a lady I help. We were excited that she might find some clothe to wear. She loves to shop. Unfortunately, we will not be back. I had my customer with me and she’s in a wheelchair. The place is not wheelchair accessible, which is really not OK. Managed to make it just pass the front desk. The person working there was busy talking to someone. I couldn’t tell you if they have clothes and such because every isle is narrow and crowded. There is no way to push a wheelchair around to shop. My customer loves to shop for clothes. She cannot walk. I could tell she was disappointed. I was disappointed also. At least they could have racks that were on r wheels that you could gently move out of the way a bit to get down an aisle. when we got in my car, she said you know it’s illegal for them not to have a wheelchair accessible store. I said I know it is. She said I’m not going to report them. I would in a heartbeat because it’s not right that she did not have access. Neither of us could shop there. The owner should be aware of the law. It’s not my call to file a complaint because my customer is not filing one. I can however leave a review. I can’t tell you how the shop is because it’s not accessible to people with disabilities that might want to shop there. Not even someone on crutches or a cane could safely navigate that store. I’m hoping that...
Read moreWow, where do I even start off with this place. Was never greeted when I walked in, whoever was working the front desk (maybe owner? Women with short bob) didn’t even bother to look at my direction when I walked in and they were more interested in their phone than a customer. I was looking around and the worker never came around and asked if I was interested in something or needed help. I noticed the worker was walking around and helping other customers in store and was biased to younger people. They only went up to older customers and there was a good amount of younger customers in there including me. I found something really cute in the store and was waiting for the worker to ring me up, but they told me they would help me in a few minutes and wanted to see what a customer was trying on, “I’ll help you in a bit, I’m dying to see this dress on this lady”. The worker was with the customer for more over 5 minutes, I absentmindedly didn’t mind until I realized the worker went into the back and didn’t see her for a while. I felt completely disrespected by the worker and the shop as well. I ended up walking out because I didn’t want to give them my money. I’ve never been more humiliated before in my life and will NEVER return to this shop. I would love to give this place an overall rating...
Read moreZero stars if I could. I went to this store recently and had the worst customer service ever. I was never greeted or welcomed when I first came in. While I was shopping, no one came up to me to see how I was doing. It wasn’t even busy. I tried talking to a worker and she was more interested in helping other shoppers. I needed help but she quickly turned her attention away from me mid sentence. I’ve never experienced that kind of behavior anywhere. Really upsetting since I spent sometime in there. I didn’t end up buying anything because I felt like I wasn’t a valued customer and felt disrespected. Please...
