Super noodle — Restaurant in Capitola

The customer service here is outstanding! That being said, the spring noodles are to die for!!!! They are large, packed with lots of good things like shrimp, cilantro, and noodles. The order comes with four rolls. I brought them home and ate all four in one sitting. Say what you will about that behavior, I can't wait to go back for more spring rolls. Im SO stoked this place opened and that it’s in my neighborhood! There hasn’t been a great place to get pho in town, until now! We ordered the chicken veggie pho and the broccoli beef. Very authentic and not greasy. This is true comfort food and the kind of meal that you just feel good after eating. The staff were SO kind and the prices are so fair. Combination beef pho wasn't very good. Didn't quite hit the spot. Broth was alright but noodles were too soft and portions were small IMO even though I got a large. Every table was full (a good thing!) but it's a small restaurant and there was only one server and one cook, so I had to wait a while to get my food and pay. They also kept the door wide open at night so I was pretty cold, but once I had some soup I warmed up. Ended up paying almost $20, safe to say there's better value...
