One of the better post offices in the area, which isn't saying too much. At the retail counters the younger Kevin is knowledgeable and great at his job. The older Kevin told me I could ship my package significantly cheaper by splitting it into two smaller packages. I bought two packages and repacked them, then when I got to the counter they told me if would be more expensive for a slower service without tracking. 😡 So I went back and put them back into the original package and sent them off. Spoke with Victoria over the phone made me wait for a very long time on hold. Then was helpful for a very short period of time. The conversation was ended with her commenting that I should have called sooner and basically made it sound like I would just have to count my losses on the package that was either incorrectly delivered or lost and possibly stolen. I ended the conversation and I was very upset because it feels as though people who work at post office is are generally very disrespectful and have horrible attitude.
