I’ve lived in the area for almost 20 years and finally stopped into The Warmth Company for the first time — and wow, what a beautiful shop. The displays, clothing, jewelry, candles, robes, even the children’s plushies — everything was curated so perfectly. The store truly lives up to its name in terms of atmosphere and aesthetic.
That said, the customer service was surprisingly cold compared to the warmth of the space itself. There were several associates working, but I didn’t receive a single “hello” or “good morning,” even after browsing for a while or checking out. It felt a little awkward and disconnected, especially since the store itself is so inviting.
I’m giving four stars because the shop itself is gorgeous and has so much potential, I’ll definitely give it another chance. I just hope the next visit matches the beauty of the space with the same warmth in...
