Dropped my phone off Thursday they said they would call when it was done in a half hour. Waited never got a call. Went to pick it up the next day at 2pm and it still wasn't finished. They said there was a problem with the power button. I told them to not worry about that and fix the screen they said 10 minutes. So I left and came back only to find they put my old broken screen back on. I got really angry told them to put the new screen back on they said half an hour. So I had my wife pick it up so I didn't get in trouble. She came home with the phone and it wouldn't work at all. Took it to another place and they put it through some tests and they said because G phone put a generic screen on the phone they fried the board and made my phone un fixable. G phone did give me my money back for the crappy screen but they broke the phone and we lost all contacts and pictures and other info. My daughter broke the back glass on her iPhone 12. I called several different places to get quotes. Because the glass is purple most companies don’t carry that color and if they did they were extremely expensive. I was at my breaking point, I ordered the replacement glass online and was willing to attempt fixing it myself. I called G Phone Fix and he saved the day.
