First let me start off by saying, the hoagies here are the closest to an authentic Philadelphia hoagie, especially because the meat is sliced very thin and put on an Amoroso roll which is the key ingredient to a Philadelphia hoagie. But my past experience is what’s leading up to this review…. I ordered a small smoked turkey hoagie as always, and the size was significantly smaller than what I received in the past. I called to ask if they had cut back on the size and they said no. I told them what I received was much smaller (around 4 inches, give or take) than what I usually got from them, and the individual that I spoke to said that there was nothing that they could do and she would relay the message to the owner to give me a call back, and it has now been a few days and I have yet to receive a phone call. I must say I’m highly disappointed because as I mentioned above this place has the closest to an authentic Philadelphia hoagie, the price I paid for the size I received, and no one even attempted to call me back to resolve...
Read moreLove the items you have to order especially the French dip and swiss. As there doesn't seem to be any places near by that gets the whole consommé ordeal! Ive had this a couple times from your restaurant and i love the sub itself but the au jus is so vinegary and doesn't have a whole lot of beef flavor is the downfall there for me. Also the jalapeño ranch isn't too spicy its has the flavor but not the spicy and i love that! Especially when i order something that is already spicy i definitely want something to cool that down! So you got that down! A lot of places will give you a spicy dish with a spicy sauce and thats just too much in my opinion. Gave 3 stars as its not always consistent when i order this time the au jus being too vinegary but still probably my go to when i order out! Definitely more if a restaurant than takeout type food which is...
Read moreCame here for dinner around a pretty busy time (~6:30) on a Friday night. You seat yourself there, everything was served at a decent pace except waiting for our food to arrive. The server did tell us that there were a couple orders ahead of us, which was fine. We just thought we would at least get our appetizers out first. We got the lobster bisque soups. But since it took a while to come out, I totally forgot to take pictures of our food, super hungry! But I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with side of tater tots! There was also an order of the meatball sub, pastrami hoagie, and a Reuben sandwich all with a side of chips. My sandwich was pretty good and there were lots of tater tots! They also serve breakfast sandwiches, would come back again...
