They lack customer service skills and just seemed to have a bad attitud as soon as we entered the store. I am a repeat customer because I like the store but they were rude to my family while we quietly shopped. I was going to buy a whole basket full of candy for a charity auction to benefit the YWCA and I had to put it all back. It's really such a shame. Update: it wasn't all about the floor. It was prior to that when my daughter was shopping and the tone of your voice with her as she was in your way, you seem annoyed at our existence. I was going to let it go but then your tone was just very condescending sounding to me in the way you handled the policy situation too. I remember when I first met my wife, she would talk about Georgie Lou’s around Halloween and what downtown Carlisle would do. In my eyes, a business like this adds relationship equity...
Read moreFantastic store. My kids love it and can't wait to walk through the magical aisles of sweets and pop culture swag. Stephanie is a true Carlisle angel. What she's done for our town is above and beyond. The bunny hop, spooky Saturday, and more...the candy store isn't just a candy store - it's a hub for the community. She actually cares about our town and the people in it.
Her handling of the pandemic has been wonderful. She's very public about having a medically fragile, special needs son, so the storefront has remained closed, but she pivoted beautifully to online / delivery sales.
Carlisle loves you Steph, and we can't wait to see you in person...
