I have been going to this place for over 10 years and for the most part they are awesome. But this is my experience and thought I would share; If you find someone good, remember their name and stick with them as the quality of therapists varies greatly. Ive had some truly bad experiences. Up until recently, I had been using Michael forever and he just disappeared one day. Of course they wont share where he went, which is understandable as they want to keep your business. Its too bad as he was an amazing and gifted therapist. Keep in mind that the therapists speak very little English so let the front desk person know what you need so they can relay the info. If anyone knows where Michael went, I would offer a small reward… kidding...
Read morePhenomenal. I’ve visited many massage “chains” as well as personal one on one private masseuse’s. This is hands down a consistent favorite for me and my family now. Michael is our go-to. Though I’m sure they have other practitioners who are great. Michael never lets me down when it comes to a much needed - Deep! Back massage. He’s consistent. Incredibly good. And always takes his time on the spots I need it most, with an amazingly intuitive precision. The staff are all very professional. & the pricing, especially considering the area is completely reasonable. I bought a 10 hour package of massages after my second visit here.

Read moreI try to not leave bad reviews but when you’re paying $50 for a 30 minute massage and you can tell right off the bat that the masseuse is inexperienced. Rubbing the skin isn’t a massage, you have to do other hand techniques. Especially if the customer needs more of a deep tissue. I don’t think I should have to stop and tell the masseuse how to massage every 2 minutes. Then feeling extremely frustrated during the massage and you can’t even relax.
