EDIT: Nancy Wright connected with me and gave me a 5 star assistance, I also called back and whoever answered the phone was so much more nicer like I am used to. Hopefully I wont be treated how I was earlier today cause I know from experience everyone else in the studio has treated me very kind.

Horrible Customer Service from the front desk!!! I called the office today and finally got an answer after calling several times all day yesterday and since 10 am today. I understand that you guys are busy and can only answer as much as you can however, the customer service on the call today (@ 2 pm) needs to be better. I am a membership customer and I have never been treated like I did on the call today. I had problems with having my massage scheduled for the wrong length before which happens I am not upset about that as the person that helped me was very polite and nice when it happened. The person I spoke on the phone with today 7/16/2021 at around 2 pm was very rude, don't think its the same person. I had been calling to cancel my appointment within the 24-hour window with no response. The front desk person finally picked up today and kept telling me why I was pretty much wasting the very important and top masseuse as she is one that is very booked. I personally do not think a customer needs to hear that. and I also think it's very unfair that she told me id be charged with the late fee because I didn't leave a voicemail when I called yesterday. This elements massage location lacks communication and integrity. My girlfriend and I booked a massage (through the phone) days before our appointment, and we confirmed our appointment before. When we arrived 15 minutes early, as directed, my massage was moved without rescheduling. While I was never notified and it was clear in their notes that my girlfriend and I will be attending together. Instead of clearing up the mistake they made and having the other customer they booked over me not come in (they had yet to arrive) they rescheduled us to next week, and only until I mentioned that this isn't right did they offer to give us 30 minutes extra free. Companies and people with integrity communicate effectively, own up, and fix mistakes not try to skate by like everything's okay until something is said.

When we came in next week for our new appointment we were charged the full price for 90 minutes and nothing was left in the system to signify that we were to only pay the 60 minute price. Our massage was Saturday evening and we were told that management would be in Sunday to be able to reimburse the cost, and that a STICKY NOTE will be left at the front desk about this issue. We call this afternoon to follow up only to be told that management wont be in until Wednesday... I have a feeling that we won't be getting our money back. Don't let the same thing happen to you, I do not recommend the Elements Massage in South Carlsbad.

I am thanking God every waking moment for having found your place online & coming in to talk to Violet to make sn appointment. She knew exactly what I was talking about when I mentioned that I needed to get my Psoas muscle released by using trigger point release. Thank God she was able to get me an appointment 2 days later with Brittany, the miracle workers of all miracle workers! She too could relate to a pulled psoas muscle, having had one herself. Brittany knew exactly how to move, massage & put pressure on the points of my muscles to release them & convince them to get back into their proper places. I had been in misery for a month, having done my own stretches, taking medications, done chiropractic & gone to other massage places...none of which accomplished what my body needed to have done to it to give it total relief. I knew that I needed trigger point release but finding someone to do it is quite rhe feat! Thank you so much Brittany for knowing how to do it & using your God given hands and skills to help other people in this predicament. I highly recommend Brittany, if this is what you need or think you might need...go no further, she is a jewel in a haystack for sure.
