Free People — Local services in Carlsbad

I visited the Carlsbad store for the first time a few weeks ago. I’m always excited to shop At a Free People store, however my excitement was short lived. The clothing was beautiful, but the staff not so much , they were not helpful , and when I was purchasing my items the young lady assisting me was in great need of an Inservice on customer service. I attempted to be friendly and make small talk , but she wasn’t having it. I try not to be judgmental, and realize all of us have bad days , but when you are in the customer service industry , you have to “Suck it Up” The sad part is I spend a lot of money with Free People and when you spend your hard earned money you don’t deserve this. Not only did I have great help while shopping at the Free People store in Carlsbad for Christmas gifts, but I also had to return a gift later from another state because the shirt was too large for my friend. The online Free People were not helpful, but I called the store and we figured it out. Really appreciate the person who helped me both in the store and on the phone. Love the line!...
