Sure wish I had taken the Strategic Action Planning Workshop sooner, but the truth is, I wasn't ready. I was really only "playing" at business and didn't take it seriously until 2017.

My branding, copy and message was all wrong but I didn't know how to "fix" it - mostly because I did not attract business with intention, but relied solely on word of mouth. I told myself my website didn't really matter because I wasn't using it to generate business. That's funny to me now after attending the 9-hour Strategic Action Planning workshop!

I now know how to tell people what I do, how I do it, who I do it for and the real benefits of using my services. My message is clear and succinct. But this was only a small win I gained during this workshop. I discovered my competitive advantage and how to use what I know to connect with and help others in a way that feels right and in alignment with who I am.

The best part and biggest win was creating a 12 month action calendar. I know exactly what I need to accomplish every month to not only reach my revenue goals, but actually exceed them! And it's all totally realistic and doable!

After attending this workshop and working with Lisane, I walked away with a clear, succinct message, comprehensive list of strategic partnership ideas, a monthly financial projection and a detailed action plan over the next 12 months to grow my business and my revenue.

I also made 2 big decisions based on what I learned during the workshop - I completely revamped my branding to match who I am and who I want to work with, and I rewrote copy that speaks to my ideal clients in an authentic and persuasive way.

I am so excited for 2018 and what I'll accomplish in my business! I highly recommend this workshop for anyone who's tired of playing at business and is ready to grow and expand...

Celebrating 8 years of co-working with my @herahubcarlsbad community this week! Loving the new space we moved into last month! 💖💖 I work from home and it can sometimes be hard. I love solitude which can sometimes become isolation if I am not paying attention. I joined HH when I first moved to San Diego - as my world crumbled, it became a haven, a refuge for me.

Being a member of Hera Hub helps keep me connected, inspired, and equipped for my mission. I love the space, the art, the colors, the scents, the ladies... I get sparked every time I am here. The ladies are at the top of their game - brilliant, kind, warm, humble, accessible, heart-centered... I just absorb so much by being here. I am not the smartest in the room and that makes me happy because just watching their examples helps me grow and expand my sense of possibility.

I am obsessed with the large beautiful rose garden in the backyard - I love that a angel sculpture greets me every time I arrive 😊 and smelling the roses has quickly become part of my work ritual priming myself into a relaxed fun state for work. #natureisalwaysagamechanger

I have been at Hera Hub for a total of four weeks. I am a life coach and writer. I use the space to write my book. I had been struggling with structure among other things in my writing, as I have never written a book before. I decided to show up at some of the many events Hera Hub has to offer. As a result of, "Showing up" to the business boosters, workshops and open house, in a very short time I have met and made friend with many wonderful people. I was sharing one of my stuggles to a college at Hera Hub and she referred me to well known ghost writer in LA. I contacted him and we spoke and before we proceed forward with pricing etc... This ghost writer wanted to experience a coaching session to get what I do as a coach, on a deeper level. During our session together, to make a long story short, "He had multiple breakthroughs and shifts". When we finished he got what I did and told me, I will not charge you to write your book! I want to help you get this information out there and I would be honored to coach you and help you publish this book! Whaat?? All he wants in exchange is more coaching!! DONE!
